With opportunities extending beyond modelling for construction projects. I assist in building, updating, and collecting final data. My role involves supporting the project leads, including the project manager, BIM manager, and BIM coordinator, to address outstanding tasks. This encompasses preparing authority submission drawings, creating as-built models, converting radar scans to BIM for TOP, maintaining ongoing BIM development, and adhering to project frameworks set by the leads. Project [Addition &Alteration works]The founder, wanted to rebranding and proceed with renovation addition and alteration work. Later he was order by the local authorities for building submission. He faced documentation challenged, hence I've learn the opportunity to help. Examining the current structure, gathering dimensional data from the site, and producing shop drawings for submission are integral steps in the project. Adhering to the specified requirements and color scheme, I proposed incorporating Disney design elements, which the client found delightful and satisfying.
