Constant is a creative artist management company founded in 2004 that provides exclusive worldwide management and consulting services to an established roster of musicians, visual artists, producers and composers. Clients include Washed Out, Future Islands, Spoon, Explosions in the Sky, Sudan Archives, etc.

In 1996, Steve Aoki founded DIM MAK and developed it into an influential independent record label and music lifestyle brand. Responsible for launching the careers of seminal acts such as Bloc Party, The Bloody Beetroots, The Chainsmokers, Deorro, Zedd, and more.

From age 16 - 21, I ran a profitable event production & promotion company. I worked alongside major agencies including WME, AM Only, ICM, CAA coordinating over 100 self-financed concerts across 3 states and 8 cities. Venues caps ranged from 150-1000.

I tour managed and did merch for Hundredth during their six week North American summer tour. I was 20 and the tour consisted of 8 bands.
