Designed and implemented a system to distribute an accurate 10MHz reference over existing phone wires around office workstations. - System used GPS timing signal and microprocessor based phase locked loop to deliver 10MHz reference as well as an adjustable 1 pulse per second, and pulse per even second. The reference was stable to within 50ppb, and the pulses were tunable to a resolution of 50ns.
