After deciding to relocate home, I took the opportunity for a career break to reset. I spent this; on Australia’s West coast in a campervan for 2 months, travelling Europe for 4 months, and seeing family at weddings and holidays in between.

PaperCut is a market-leading global SaaS product company (125 million+ end-users) with offices globally distributed across APAC (Australia & Singapore), EMEA (UK, Germany) and AMS (Portland, OR). As the sole Talent Partner, I was initially responsible for partnering with global stakeholders to deliver recruitment and talent initiatives end-to-end.In 2022 PaperCut undertook a company-wide transformation to grow their SaaS product offering. Now, as Talent Lead, I partnered with our CPTO and HR to form multiple new teams and levels of leadership across PaperCut through talent strategy design and hands-on recruitment. In this role, I also led post-budget recruitment planning and weekly prioritization with Senior Leadership, leveraging talent dashboards and workforce management practices.Within the Talent Team, I onboarded our two internationally distributed Talent Partners and would manage the team’s capacity whilst providing mentorship to adopt a “talent advisory” mindset. Achievements during my time at PaperCut Software:• Grew PaperCut headcount by 65 (30%), maintaining an offer acceptance rate of 96% and an average YoY retention rate of 91% for my hires, whilst reducing agency spend by 75%.• Delivered cloud transformation talent strategy, filling 19 Head of, Leadership and Senior positions in Tech & Product, in addition to BAU recruitment (47 total roles across PaperCut) in 12 months.• Halved interview turnaround times for software roles and increased application-to-offer conversion by 40% by removing take-home technical tests.• Redesigned all interview processes globally, reducing them to 3-4 stages and crafted a playbook for designing future interview processes.• Implemented diverse sourcing strategies; sponsorship and relocation policy, recruitment marketing campaigns, referral bonus programs and uplifting direct sourcing.• Built talent dashboards and established formal recruitment prioritization practices with Senior Leadership.• Designed and ran an interview training program and wrote “interview guide” documents for all of PaperCut, increasing diversity of interviewers in gender (by 24%) and ethnicity (by 32%).• Formed an employer branding team with marketing, seeing a 2x increase in people-focused socials content.• Consolidated onboarding processes for all teams globally down to 4 standard automated workflows.

As a Senior Recruiter at Robert Walters, I specialised in permanent recruitment of Software, DevOps & QA Engineering professionals for the private sector across the Melbourne region. I also played the role of Team Lead for the larger Digital recruitment team of 4-5 Recruitment Consultants.

Achievements during my time at Robert Walters:• Led a team of 3 Consultants without a Manager for 12 months, mentoring two Associate Consultants from no experience through their promotions to Consultant.• Implemented OKR’s to set goals and track progress for the team.• Placed 5 candidates in my first full quarter at Robert Walters, billing $100,000 and filled 9 roles in Oct-Dec 2018, billing my highest ever quarter of $168,000.• Built a highly skilled Software Innovations Lab team of 4 from greenfields with a brand-new client.• Named Seek’s (Australia’s no.1 tech employer at the time) preferred supplier, placing 4 Senior/Principal Engineers• Resurrected the National Australia Bank account from almost no activity, to placing 12 Engineers, Leads and QA’s
