As the sole Talent Partner, I was initially responsible for partnering with global stakeholders to deliver recruitment and talent initiatives end-to-end.In 2022 PaperCut undertook a company-wide transformation to grow their SaaS product offering. Now, as Talent Lead, I partnered with our CPTO and HR to form multiple new teams and levels of leadership across PaperCut through talent strategy design and hands-on recruitment. In this role, I also led post-budget recruitment planning and weekly prioritization with Senior Leadership, leveraging talent dashboards and workforce management practices.Within the Talent Team, I onboarded our two internationally distributed Talent Partners and would manage the team’s capacity whilst providing mentorship to adopt a “talent advisory” mindset.
