CurrentUtilising CRM software to manage contacts and respond to any internal and external enquiries to drive the sport of Tennis in Australia.Primarily utilising ClubSpark (online sports management tool) to manage and assisting Tennis Clubs with managing their respective contacts, memberships, registrations, websites and events.Monitoring League Manager and Match Centre respectively; (online sports management) relevant to competitions, fixtures, scores, and teams in real time.Extensive use of Omni Sports Management to keep track of general memberships and coaching memberships whilst maintaining relevant files and documentation.
