I lead efforts in testing and integrating the 10 software subsystems of NASA's James Webb Space Telescope's Proposal Planning Subsystem (JWST PPS). For the past two years, I have worked with software developers, testers, and operations staff in all aspects of requirement verification for the PPS, as well as, integrating the PPS with the JWST Science and Operations Center (S&OC). I manage the 11 person PPS integration and test (I&T) team, which deals with a range of software that calculate telemetry and observational points of the telescope to software that astronomers and scientists use to create the proposal packages needed to receive time on the telescope. Along with my managerial and technical duties for the PPS, I am a member of STScI's Civility in Operations and Engineering Division (COED), which is a 9 person working group that analyzes and offers solutions on a wide range of workplace issues to division management.In the past 14 years of my time at the Space Telescope Science Institute, I'm proud to work along side developers, testers, and scientists to move the US's ability to see further into our Universe. before.
