After 15 years within the Technology brand of the Gattaca group, I joined our rapidly-growing workforce solutions business in 2019, where we support clients on longer term talent programmes. My role is to support both new and existing customers, within the Technology and Engineering sectors, to design and implement bespoke workforce solutions. These could be for example MSP (contract Managed Services), RPO (the outsourcing of some or all of the perm recruitment process) or Total Talent Management. I am an expert in subjects that are critical in delivering successful talent strategies and outcomes, such as IR35, ED&I, workforce planning and ATS / VMS technologies.

I headed up our Project Management practice at Matchtech.Working in a highly consultative and candidate-led manner, I led my team of 10 to work with proactivity and tenacity to find opportunities for Project/Programme Managers, Business Analysts, PMO Analysts/Managers and Change/Transformation professionals across our diverse and evolving client base. Following my internal move within Gattaca, the team is still going strong and continues to value the significance of soft skills within the world of projects, meeting many of our candidates face to face and ensuring they truly understand and support market talent.

I was responsible for all IT contract recuitment for Matchtech UK. Managing an experienced team of Recruitment Consultants, I ensured we operated a high quality, efficient and innovative recruitment service for all corporate accounts who recruit IT contract resources. This ranged from Small Business who may recruit 1-2 contractors per annum, to large organisations with whom we had 100+ IT contractors.

Joined as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and worked my way to Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant and then Team Leader.

I started out as an accounts assistant with the primary task of reconciling investment funds, on both a monthly and quarterly basis. I was later given responsibility for a small team in hands-on Team Leader capacity.Key to this role was the ability to show a high attention for detail and efficiency during very busy month end and quarter end periods, where long hours and high energy were needed.
