Manage the entire Product Engineering team for GM, Ford, Toyota and DaimlerChrysler parking brake accounts. I currently have responsibility for 4 Product Engineers and 3 Designers. Responsibilities include: top level program management coordination, delegation of program workload, customer technical interface, establishment of employee goals and performance reviews, team development, and interface with Dura Management to convey potential program issues which require outside input for resolution.

Managed DaimlerChrysler Jeep and Truck Account. Total annual booked business $62 million, and over 65 unique products. Responsible for all program commercial issues, including program coordination to support customer builds. Specific activities include: new business generation, preparation of all required customer quotation responses, and contract negotiation. I was responsible for initial development of master program timing to support customer builds and act a cross functional team checkpoint for key program milestones. Additionally, I was the point of contact for all customer complaints/issues. When customer complaints did arise, I was responsible for coordination and development of team problem resolution documents, and presentation to the customer.

Responsibilities included all aspects of parking brake product design to meet customer specified requirements. Position included daily customer interface, and team coordination with manufacturing plants.
