This involved creating several sub-sites and ensuring that the content was relevant and up-to-date.Created user-friendly forms in Microsoft Publisher to collect student data relating to the Education Maintenance Allowance scheme.Took the lead on generating Unique Learner Numbers for learners at the college. The government will only release funding for learners that are allocated a ULN. The awarding bodies are also now heavily using ULNs to register candidates so it is really important that each learner has a number.Deputised for the system administrator to ensure that the database and related software is available for end users. Typical duties included ensuring that critical services were run so that end users could complete their tasks and creating new user accounts on the UNIT-e software.Liaised with internal and external IT support teams in case of system failures with the system administrator was absent.
