I have over 20 years' experience in helping organisations across various sectors identify and address the things that hold them back. These are often the things most people are aware of but just don't want to speak about, hence the elephant spotter tag. I am a certified agile coach, with a background in aeronautical engineering and manufacturing.My mission is to help organisations work better, using lean, agile, and digital methods and tools to identify and address the root causes of complex and challenging problems. I work with clients to design and implement effective solutions that deliver value, quality, and customer satisfaction. I hugely value continuous learning in myself and others; I also founded and co-organise Lean Agile Manchester, a community of practice for professionals and enthusiasts who want to learn and share best practices in Lean and Agile.
