Ticket Check Coordinator
In this role I was contracted to coordinate the traffic in to the Falls Festival site ensuring a smotth flow of vehicles, minimal hold up and safety of festival goers. The role involved the leadership of up to 30 volunteers at any one time on rotating shifts to make this function a success. With over 5,000 vehicles moving through eight lanes, I was continuously monitoring the situation and using my advanced problem solving skills to provide solutions.
Senior Analyst
A large part of my role as a Senior Analyst involved managing annual tax compliance obligations including preparation of financial statements and income tax returns, FBT returns and BAS to satisfy internal and external governance processes. To be effective in this role, I maintained detailed understanding of current taxation and accounting issues as well as all entity structures including companies, trusts, partnerships and superannuation funds. As a strategic thinker focused on both short-term delivery and long-term transformation, I embedded a proactive risk management culture and put sufficiently robust structures in place to achieve the effective oversight and management of innovative technology to recognise potential issues or client business opportunities.
