I spent two years in The Netherlands where I was a member of the 1st Grade Men's squad for the Huizer Hockey Club. In the 2010/11 season we promoted from the Eerste Klasse (First Class) to the Overgangsklassen (Transition Class). The 2011/12 season was the first time the Huizer Hockey Club had competed in the Transition Class which is the division below the famous Hoofdklasse (High Class). The Hoofdklasse houses some of the biggest hockey clubs and best hockey players in the world.
