BCS is the largest consulting organisation in Asia Pacific, offering a broad set of services from business strategy consulting through to application implementation and integration services.The role included; Developing the Marketing Strategy; Execution of the Marketing Strategy across the region using 360 degree marketing techniques; developing a C-level Marketing strategy that leveraged thought leadership assets; and the management of marketing team across 8 countries.

I took over the management of my previous team - an industry marketing team with a primary focus on the SME market. Responsibilities included directing the marketing team’s execution focus to maximise current and medium term growth opportunities in support of the business plan. The role also involved the management of an extended marketing team including events, direct marketing, internet, advertising, marketing intelligence and PR specialists.
