Finance & Professional Services Internship Experience with Bright Network. Internship included sector specific seminars from EY, Lloyds Banking Group, PwC, HSBC and BDO as well as professional skills sessions. Final two days consisted of completing a mock client proposal for EY as well as a self evaluation.

- Served customers at the bar and professionally dealt with any complaints or requests- Waited on tables and ensured that customers were satisfied with their meals- Filed company invoices online and calculated tax deductibles for the business

- Co-ordinated aircraft tours with a team of tour guides and ensured that health and safety protocols were adhered to - Managed the museum’s tearoom - served customers and supervised other colleagues during large group visits- Handled payments and refunds in the museum gift shop and ensured that stock was replenished- Analysed historic documents and produced reports for the museum archives
