Led project which saw new order analysis tool implemented for 48 Lidl retail stores. Presented the project to various levels of the warehouse and sales and emphasising the positive impact of the system for all stakeholders and securing buy-in from all parties affected. Aiding sales department in implementation of new order analysis tool and seeking to generate incremental improvements in the ordering process leading to increased sales and decreased write-offs.
