These changes resulted in increased service levels and reduced IT costs.• Implemented several US-specific large projects (over US$10 million) on time, within budget, and delivered defined benefits. The two most significant project implementations included CAS Trade Promotion Management and Red Prairie WMS and TMS to the three internally managed distribution centers across the US. • Managed regional IT support and delivery teams in ERP, CRM, and BI which exceeded agreed SLA’s and received positive voice of the customer feedback.
