Client Partner
The main role of the Client Partner is to lead the client relationship side of active projects. This ensures strong and clear communication and understanding between the MetaLab and client teams, which serves to mitigate any issues/blockers and maintain project momentum.Other key responsibilities include:- Creation of internal briefs prior to the start of projects to ensure both sides are on the same page and ready to produce from day one. As Engagement Manager, I am responsible for the overall delivery and management of Hootsuite’s largest product and services deployments.
