My client relations skills and understanding of how ECi's solutions could address complex customer needs led to an opportunity to manage sales within ECi's western U.S. sales territory. I was first hired into a support role with this provider of software, e-commerce and technology solutions then was quickly elevated into an application/implementation specialist role. Here, I installed software and provided customer training related to Financial, Payroll, and Production modules. I also participated in client efforts to configure software prior to deployment - coordinate set up of servers and workstations; install database software and application; and conduct training sessions for client personnel.As my technical and client-facing capabilities became clear to the team, I began to have opportunity to support sales representatives during product demonstrations showcasing to clients how each application could address their specific, complex needs.
