Bain's Deli was founded in 1910. I had the pleasure to work with them when in 1982 they started to franchise out a smaller "Mall Food Court" concept. The idea was a success and the company opened 90 locations across 3 countries before selling the entire concept.My responsibilities included opening up 90 franchise stores across the US and Canada. Assisting the franchisee with training and sales/marketing. I started as an assistant store manager and was quickly promoted to store manager and then to Director of Training and Franchise Sales. I also assisted with new product/menu development.
