James is a licensed social worker (SW123777). He has amassed over 20 years’ experience working with individuals, groups and organisations in the United Kingdom in areas of youth theatre, health and fitness, mental health, and social care. James has worked with individuals across the lifespan, from young to older people exhibiting a range of difficulties that impact their wellbeing. Through a trauma informed, rights-based approach to practice, he works with people to develop the coping skills necessary to manage life’s difficulties; whilst also helping them to access important support networks and community resources to sustain overall wellbeing. James seeks to enable the best outcomes for users of health or social care services through his core values of integrity, honesty and quality in all aspects of his work.
