The "A Plus Education" was a local English learning Centre founded by the Delia School of Canada's previous school principal. It provides different English programs from nursery to university. Its original service district was based at Tseung Kwan O and expanded to Ho Man Tin in 2011. And the Tseung Kwan O Centre was also reallocated from 2 classroom properties to 4 classrooms, including a large playroom in a new location. Caritas (Tsui Ping) Adult Education Center was under Caritas Hong Kong's education service division. It mainly cooperative with the Hong Kong Employees Retraining Board (ERB) to arrange different occupation base retraining programs. It also provides self-payment base programs such as "I.T.E.C." or "City & Guilds" beauty programs for the local community. - Responsible for the administrative operation of Caritas Tsui Ping Adult Education Centre- ERB (Employees Retraining Board) adult education, program course administration.- Student record management, including attendance, application of “Retraining Allowance”. - Provide course management, coordination, and material preparation for all training programs. - Student employment counselling and referral placement service after completed the program.- Program survey for quality assurance- Provide the centre's networking system maintenance and development and program solutions.
