• Improved capacity by 10x for Halocarbon Trans-Fill system, by replacing manual single-fill system with automated 10-cylinder fill system.• Reduced moisture levels in NH3 (Ammonia) final product, meeting customer requirements, resulting from DOE, defining effective process for cleaning and drying cylinders prior to filling.• Reduced maintenance overtime, production downtime and raw material cost for neutralization in HCl (Hydrogen Chloride) Trans-Fill system, by replacing routinely clogged Magnesium Hydroxide slurry with NaOH (Sodium Hydroxide) support system for HCl scrubber.• Provided Production Engineering support. -- Monitored operational conditions of multiple chemical process lines. -- Overseen a team of maintenance personnel, and regularly assessed Plant Modification Priority List, scheduled PM’s, and necessary CM’s (corrective maintenance). -- Reported and coordinated Punch List with Operations Manager.

• Supported the development of thyristors (electrical circuit surge-protection devices), a product line with a projected annual demand of 2-million units (10% market share, with an estimated $280,000 in annual sales).[Project Objective: Develop new group of SIDAC components (Silicon Diode for Alternating Current – MAC16Hxx) to meet customer-defined product specifications; triggering 16 amps of current after exceeding breakdown voltage of 400-800V.]• Successfully completed project 3 months ahead of schedule, for estimated annual orders of 28-million units (13% of total market demand), estimated at $2.5 million in annual sales.[Project Objective: Develop new group of TRIAC components (TRi-diode for Alternating Current – MAC997xx), with voltage blocking capabilities of 400-600V (per customer requirements).]• Simultaneously managed multiple project timelines.
