· Coordinate inventory/receiving functions at the ED Pubs facility. Successfully maintained ED Pubs Inventory accuracy level well above 96 percent during ED Pubs QASP audits over the past 5-year period. · Manage warehouse space utilization optimizing warehouse flow by controlling “golden zone”, staging area that also contributed to improved ergonomic conditions for warehouse staff. · Responsible for generation of cycle counts/aisle audits and coordination with warehouse staff regarding items to be counted or specific areas to be audited.· Maintain the Inventory Control elements of the multi-faceted Fulfillment Services reports to document the progress of inventory integrity.· Utilize Inventory Management system in the set-up and management of all incoming product, assign locations for product and maintain file documentation of all paperwork related to inventory control.· Working with specific facets of the ED Pubs contract, the Federal Student Aid POC and the CMA Production System bring inventory experience to specialized aspects of the contract.· Make recommendation for the retirement/recycle of out of date products by analyzing usage history.· Assisted with planned production for mass mailing projects.· Ability to multi-task successfully.· Analyze inventory levels.· Working with IT to create or enhance analytical reports for product evaluation.· Affirm my commitment to safety by acting as the President of the Safety Committee for the third straight year; building on past year’s successes and a back to basics approach to safety and health. As a General Clerk, I performed a variety of tasks including, picking and packing of regular orders, conference order fulfillment, and Quality Control of shipments. Also, I worked in Mailing Services and Shipping areas of the operation gaining a complete knowledge of many logistical requirements of the warehouse environment. Transitioned to Inventory Coordinator position in 2001 through promotion.

Volunteered in the office of the Arthritis Foundation-Maryland Chapter for a period of one year during which time I worked with the Foundation on fundraising activities, assisted in answering phones, and mailings to their constituents. I also participated in onsite events and assisted in the set-up and breakdown of various fundraising events. I gained valuable knowledge about the workings of a non-profit organization and later served on several committees.
