Jim Randel is an attorney and entrepreneur. A graduate of Columbia College and the Columbia University School of Law, Randel has represented participants in the real estate business across the entire spectrum - developers, brokers, investors, contractors, buyers/sellers, landlords/tenants. Randel was at the vanguard of the "added value" investing approach - having written about it in 1986 (The Real Estate Game) and again in 2006 (Confessions of a Real Estate Entrepreneur). Randel has been a guest lecturer across the U.S., including Harvard Business School and the Stern Real Estate Institute at NYU. Randel has also been the lead investor in several business start-ups. Randel believes that his cross-discipline approach to the business world makes him both a stronger attorney and investor.
