Launched in 2010, YouGov Reports (formerly YouGov SixthSense) was YouGov’s first venture into market reports, representing a new and exciting offering, unlike anything else on the market at the time. I was responsible for designing, launching and managing YouGov’s first range of UK, US and global market reports on UK consumer markets, including FMCG, retail, media, lifestyle, travel and financial services, working alongside the Head of Reports. Clients won include major advertising agencies, food & drink manufactures and large financial institutions, among others. In the space of a few short years, YouGov Reports grew to become the third largest player in the UK B2B reports business.

I was responsible for commissioning and managing primary and secondary research for Mintel’s European publications & consultancy projects.

Responsible for sourcing CPG/FMCG products from c. 50 countries for publication on the Global New Products Database. Specific responsibilities included managing an in-house team of 7 in the US and the UK, devising methodologies for ensuring accurate coverage across the globe and overseeing production of 50 Insights & Reviews for monthly publication.

Responsible for publication of Mintel's flagship journal, Market Intelligence, of 120 reports per year. Responsibilities also included managing in-house team of 6 and external team of approx 30, designing quantitative & qualitative research projects/questionnaires, working closely with sales teams and presenting findings to clients, media, conferences, etc.
