Designed and implemented the Global Data Quality Management programme for Deutsche Bank. This has included the delivery of process and tooling that is the bank standard for Data Quality Management. This has led to the significant reduction in operational errors and compliance with multiple regulatory standards. • Implemented data quality tooling and processes that allowed an 80% reduction in back-office process adjustments.• Implemented a rules-based data quality process at source allowing for accelerated identification of data issues at source. • Established a Global Data Quality Analytics function to standardise Data Quality Analytics and Reporting.• Led the data remediation programme to meet regulatory requirements including BCBS239 and CCAR.• Winner of the Best Data Quality Programme; American Financial Technology Awards 2016,2017.• Runner up for Best Data Quality Initiative, Competence Centre for Corporate Data Quality 2017, 2020.

Designed the Bank’s strategic Profit and Loss (P&L) system, which created a single technology and process for daily P&L reporting and month end processes. This was managed across multiple regions and involved teams operating across technology and business.
