Current•Responsible for an office that consist of two other Talent Acquisition Specialist whose area of responsibility is Southeast Ohio and West Virginia. •Analyze marketing and performance data to ensure that they office remains on track to meet all assigned objectives.•Build professional source relationships to create awareness of the benefits and opportunities of the Navy with educators, counselors and local organization leaders.•Schedule and administer pre-hire training classes for potential candidates as well as managed the onboarding to ensure a smooth employment process.•Have consistently been a top performer in what is considered one of the most challenging jobs in the military.•Selected as the FY18 Recruiter of the Year.
