• Drove Asia Society Northern California’s (ASNC) global policy agenda by designing and implementing a multi-year strategic plan for more than 200 programs over three years to position ASNC as a leader in West Coast global technology policy and China business and policy issues. Increased high-end membership ($10,000+) from 20 to 50 and operating funds by $150,000.• Spearheaded ASNC’s signature, The Future of U.S. and China Conference, proposing program content and recruiting more than 18 top-tier global policy and business speakers for 2020, 2021, and 2022 events with an attendance of 1,000 executives from around the world. Secured corporate sponsorships of $150,000 from this program alone. • Through online programming, social media, and marketing tools, expanded ASNC audience by 20 percent and our donor support. Transitioning to virtual programming allowed ASNC to recruit speakers and attendees worldwide, with attendance averaging 200 participants per program. • Managed prestigious internship and volunteer programs by hiring, onboarding, and evaluating 15-20 staff performances annually.

• Partnered with UPS lobbyists and executives in advancing UPS business, policy, and regulatory issues with US Congress, Executive Branch, and the diplomatic community.• Staffed C-suite executives and developed position papers, correspondence, speeches, and talking points on international trade, US-EU policy, US-China relations, e-commerce, and express delivery.• Devised and organized a $500,000 20 Latin America country-specific webinars, each with 100 to 500 local small businesses, to identify key business and policy issues and develop a customer base. • Directed and strategized key corporate processes, including compliance with $150,000 UPS Foundation grants to 35 local organizations.
