I work towards and achieve production targets by scheduling work activities and proper resource management. I do performance reviews and coaching activities. Most of my expertise is in manufacturing and I have led a number of successful teams.

Started as the Production Supervisor of the modular office department. Then I worked as an estimator for the structural steel department and have experience and knowledge of pricing, specifications, blueprints, and drawings. I also subcontracted installation companies to install our products across the US.

I was the store manager. I was responsible for training, customer service, sales, cash and daily close out of business.
