Position Summary This professional level position is responsible for oversight and coordination of corporate and divisional initiatives in the Midwest Division as assigned by the Executive Vice President and Director of Finance and Administration. Essential Duties and Functions • Coordinates projects within the division, tracking major developments and deadlines.• Works with EVP and other divisional staff to ensure progress and successful completion of projects through flow charts and other project management software.• Collects, analyzes, and reports on data related to corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).• Serve as a liaison between Shared Services and the Midwest Division as it relates to roll out and implementation of corporate initiatives. • Serve as point of contact for Electronic Health Record (Avatar) implementation team, and oversee efforts in the Division.• Facilitate and conduct training as needed.• Design and implement strategies to improve recruitment efforts and reduce turnover in the Midwest Division. This may include, but is not limited to, understanding the employment needs of each divisional program, placement and design of job ads, developing relationships with local colleges, universities, establishment of an internship program, and presence at job fairs.• Serve as point of contact and oversee wellness initiatives in the Midwest Division.• Work with divisional programs to identify fundraising activities, research related to potential sources for grants, and writing and submitting grant proposals.
