As a Service Support Advisor, I leveraged my training in automotive to become a team member at the EV company in charge of making Amazon's (Electric Delivery Vehicle), and the first fully electric pickup truck the R1T - Rivian As my role as a Service Support Advisor, it was my responsibility to creat a service ticket, and troubleshoot concerns our customers had with their Rivian vehicle. If troubleshooting did not resolve this, we would then proceed to create a repair plan, work order, order parts, and schedule an appointment for either a mobile technician, or our service center. We also worked with roadside emergencies, towing logistics, customer service, sales/returns/exchanges of parts and accessories, charging station troubleshooting and repair, Over the air ( OTA ) updates. and general customer vehicle knowledge database.While working at Rivian's Service Support Operations Center, I was often given the chance to work on supporting the manufacturing plant, with the EOL (End of line) operations, in Normal, IL.This included my role as a Service Support Advisor as well as performing Management, Technician, Test Track, Service Center, Quality Control, Pre-delivery Inspection, Parts ordering, Recycling non conforming parts, Vehicle yard operations, and other various responsibilities.I also applied my skills in the automotive industry, EV vehicles, help desk support, retail sales, and technical support, which I developed in my previous roles as a Senior Assistant Help Desk Technician at DXC Technology under contract with General Motors ( GM ) I ensured a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, as well as efficient and effective service delivery. I have been accredited as an NFCC Bankruptcy counselor, after showing my capabilites as a Client Advocate, at Greenpath Financial Wellness. My experience of 4 ½ years in the financial industry, as well as Accounting, has given me the experience I need to succeed in a private corporate setting, as well as publicly facing.During my career in retail, I have received numerous awards and accolades for beating metric goals, or exceeding expectations in other key points of interest. I have a history in which I managed or worked at multiple stores/locations to increase or boost overall store performance.I am passionate about the automotive industry, traveling for work, Entertainment & TV, empowering people to achieve financial wellness and stability.
