Focused primarily in the finance, real estate and mixed use development arena, my experiences have included negotiations with NGOs, Governments, Hollywood Studios, B to B and industry. My expertise and strength revolves around new business development, account acquisition and building lasting relationships with my extensive network. In addition, I excel at "Closing". Having owned and operated businesses over the last three decades, I am acutely attuned and sensitive to the high value we all place on time; I abhor mediocrity and refuse to waste time.Results are paramount, in any business venture and especially in new business development, are key to the success equation any organization weighs when anticipating adding a resource.
