Designing & Fabricating a unique electrostatically conductive lubricant reservoir filtration process. This is a newly patented and developed technology built on the shoulders of prior art that is a quantum leap over that which has been available to date. Perfect for the turbines of power plants, gas, oil, coal, nuclear or hydro, large E Class container vessels and a host of related operations that rely and depend on large lubricant reservoirs to maintain the integrity of their mechanical systems.

I worked on projects in the U.A.E., Korea, China and Brazil and looked for opportunities worldwide.AAG, develops mixed use real estate projects and has interests in the entertainment and entertainment based destination facilities. My responsibilities revolved around investigating new commercial opportunities and exploring the viability of same. Including, but not limited too, interface with local governments, negotiations with host countries, international finance and consortium building.Specialties: Negotiation, rezoning, construction and end loan structuring, title and ability to communicate and develop relationships regardless of geographic location or ethnic persuasion.

Established initial containerized orders for each office/country, developed marketing plans and agenda, reorder frequency with updates based on market penetratioon.
