Supported the hiring and onboarding of new team members across approximately 80 store locations in north and west Atlanta. Job duties included: posting job requisitions to the website, initiating and tracking background screenings, processing new hires using HR systems, submitting training enrollments, sending final offers and training details, and keeping new hires, hiring managers and relevant business partners updated to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Supported a management team and approximately 500 team members across 40 store locations in west Atlanta. Worked with regional leadership to develop and implement special projects to increase team member engagement, reduce expenses, and ensure tracking and organization of deliverables across the footprint.

Worked for 6 years in retail banking stores across metro Atlanta. Promoted quickly through a variety of positions including Teller, Lead Teller, Customer Service Representative and finally Personal Banker. Learned the value of building relationships and providing great customer service in order to be successful in each role. Gained experience in a variety of banking platforms and learned best practices as we navigated the merger of SouthTrust into Wachovia and later Wachovia into Wells Fargo.
