About Jim Leduc

I'm a Cisco Certified Network Professional who specializes in managing large networks and architecting solid technical solutions. Years of project management experience in addition to keeping my technical skills fresh have given me the tools to effectively translate business requirements into secure and robust network systems. I find a great deal of satisfaction bridging the gap between non-technical clients and IT staff to create solutions that move the organization forward. Strong experience in routing, switching, firewalls, VoIP, IDS/IPS, wireless, WAN optimization, VPNs, load balancing, virtualized networks, network monitoring, WAN technologies, and data center networking.Recently, I and my team have been transforming the technology landscape here at the firm. In addition to this, we've re-architected how and where we host and network our data with an incredibly fast move to Amazon Web Services via Equinix's global footrprint. These changes and more by our business technology co-workers have helped our CIO, Dave Neitz, receive the MIT Sloan CIO Leadership Award in 2016.
