•Since 2015, served as Global head of Product Control for the Equities, Prime Finance and Clearing businesses at JP Morgan. •Also responsible for the design, governance and monitoring of Product Control standards applied globally across the Corporate and Investment Bank by the Product Control function. •Serves as the senior Finance lead for the Firm’s Volcker Reporting and Compliance Programme and also developed and managed quality assurance activities over JP Morgan’s external financial andregulatory reporting as the Firm’s External Reporting Controller for Trading Assets and Liabilities.•From 2011 to 2015, served as Director of Product Control Advisory Group at Deloitte in London to help lead the Product Control, Valuation and Risk Management advisory services provided to the Banking and Capital Markets sector.•Prior to joining Deloitte, spent 16+ years at Morgan Stanley in a range of successive leadership roles:•From 2010 to 2011, served as the Global Finance Director for the Commodities business at Morgan Stanley •In 2007, relocated to London to serve as the Head of Business and Product Control for the EMEA Institutional Securities Sales and Trading businesses. •From 2003 to 2007, served as the global head of the Financial Risk Control Group for Morgan Stanley. During this role, established and managed the Global Valuation Review Group.
