With over 20 years of experience in library services, I am passionate about providing access, education, and support to patrons and staff. My field of expertise is in customer service, reference services, and digital preservation. I currently work as an Assistant Manager at the Sights and Sounds department at Knox County Public Library, and serve as a liaison for system-wide policies and initiatives.In my role, I use my skills in library management, customer service, and technical support to oversee the scheduling, troubleshooting, and ordering of the department's resources and equipment. I also supervise staff, provide user education, and collaborate with other departments and branches on various projects and committees. I am always eager to learn new technologies and methods to enhance the library's services and offerings.
