My role entailed managing a team of individuals and all aspects of the store's operation, to provide retail and trade sales, included fitted parts and accessories across all brands.

I volunteered as a Special Constable for Dorset police for a couple of years, alongside my regular job at the time, initially thinking I'd use it as a way onto the regular force. Whilst I ultimately decided policing wasn't for me full time, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Dorset Police, along with all the invaluable life experience it brought. • Gained a vast amount of key life experience working as a special constable for Dorset Police.• Volunteering and working in my own time outside of my regular job, normally working 1 – 2 shifts per week plus regular training.• Undertaking the same duties as a regular police officer, wearing the same uniform and using the same powers.• Tasks included making arrests, traffic stops, searches, general patrol of the area, providing a police presence during festivals and busy night shifts.• Personal safety training to aid dealing with difficult situations and potentially violent confrontations.
