Key responsibilities / duties As a member of the team this post has a highly dynamic workload, with close interaction with Managers, Supervisors & Teams on all levels. On a shift system I am responsible for 2 MWh Biogas AD & Waste Separation facility for over three years, Very important part of my role is direct control of the plant from the Control Room.

I was responsible for the safe and efficient control of many mechanical and bio-chemical processes essential to maintain the biogas section. I operate a complicated system of vessels, pipe network and various types of pump systems. Efficient process also requires maintenance activities; pipe work pressure testing, pipe work acid flushing and nitrogen.

I ensured public safety, a comfortable travel experience to and from various locations using maps and GPS to navigate towns, cities and motorways. I am proficient in communication systems; radio and PA system. I was also responsible for maintaining and carrying out vehicle safety checks.

2000- 2008 - Papermaker process operator – S.C.A Hygiene Products; responsible for output and quality of paper products in line with safety policies and company standards. Monitoring and maximising the efficient use of the plants chemicals in production, steam, compressed air, vacuum and pulp solution processes, from the control room. Utilising A.B.B..
