As an underwriter, I learned how to develop policies that significantly reducedrisk. Now, I bring together strong interpersonal and organizational skills to drive change and growthwithout overtaxing organizational resources.Keeping my teams running smoothly is in my DNA, and I always have a path forward that meets theirneeds while supporting company goals.
