Responsible for all casino related transactions, the resolution of all customer problems and complaints, including credit, gaming disputes and complimentaries. •Assisted opening team, Hollywood Casino- Tunica, MS.•Responsibilities included training personnel in company procedures and Internal Controls as well assisting in advantage play detection.
