Previously was the Business Development lead driving opportunities in C5ISR, EW, and PNT at APG, MD for Raytheon.A member of the Army Acquisition Corps in the primary fields of program management and contracting. Following graduation from West Point, trained as a Field Artillery officer with direct leadership positions as a platoon leader, fire direction officer and culminating as a Battery Commander. Served as the centrally Selected ACAT ID Project Manager responsible for the lifecycle management of all Army Tactical Radio Systems. Led, managed, coached and directed the efforts of up to 400 military, Government civilian and support contractors with a budget exceeding $2.1 billion. Ensured Tactical Radio support to Army units preparing for and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and other contingencies around the world. Deployed to Iraq in 2005 for one year duty as a Contracting Officer in Iraq to ensure US and coalition forces had the supplies and services they needed to execute their missions. Deployed to Afghanistan in 2008. Served as the Product Manager for the Prophet system (SIGINT); in command of 100 personnel overseeing the design, production, fielding, sustainment and retrograde of a key military intelligence system in use by Army units around the world. Served as the Military Deputy (MILDEP) to the Director of the Armaments Research and Development Center (ARDEC) in Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, conducting vital science and technology work to improve armament weapon systems and ammunition.Specialties: DAWIA Level III certified in Program Management and ContractingCertified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM)
