Foster and maintain relationships with active students and graduates, building rapport to create trust and buy-in from those individuals.Actively listen to and dissect the career aspirations of current students and graduates to creatively find and place them in gainful, long-term positions that are both in-field and meaningful for those students/graduates.Aggressively seek-out and qualify prospective employers with in-field opportunities to create lasting, mutually beneficial relationships that both aide in those companies long-term employment strategies, and create gainful employment opportunities for our students/graduates.Document and maintain student placement records and reports in accordance with Standards of Accreditation.Teach the Professional Development course where students gain powerful employment search and acquisition skills. Teach students techniques for finding job leads, resume preparation and writing, creating cover letters and compiling references. Also teach students how to conduct themselves in an overall professional manner and general interviewing skills, such as how to answer commonly asked interview questions, what questions they should be asking of the interviewers and other basic job search skills.Social Media Liaison for the Salt Lake Campus. Creating relevant content to drive views and engagement on the Stevens-Henager (Murray, UT) Facebook page. Creating general posts, event pages/posts and Facebook Live event streaming all with an eye on analytics.Constantly creating new and unique marketing materials (flyers, online classified ads, signage) for the Salt Lake campus to promote various campus-wide events and activities.Coordinated on-campus employer presentation with Robert Half. The event had one of the highest numbers of student attendance of any employer event on campus.
