Responsible for the operations, strategic vision, planning and implementation of the Moira FoodShare program.Reporting directly to the MHA CARE Limited CEO.Highlights include:- Expansion to three local government areas supporting over 50,000 residents.- Developing a strong team culture amongst a large team of over 100 volunteers.- Implementation of new policies and procedures in line with industry best practice.- Sourcing new revenue streams to ensure program long term viability.- Building key media relationships to increase public awareness.- Engaging with govt at all levels to increase awareness.- Sourcing over $4 Million Dollars of products at a significantly reduced cost or free of charge.- Distributing 250,000 kgs of free food to residents in 2022/2023.- Supporting over 4,000 residents each month with emergency relief food.- Creating suitable pathways for residents to access further support networks.
