It was a classic "sink or swim" moment, but it led to some great successes, a few business epiphanies, and plenty of valuable lessons.Fast forward a decade, and I had built a talented team of technical recruiters, a company known for its bespoke recruitment solutions for tech companies across Europe, and, of course, a huge sense of pride in what we had achieved. Most importantly for my own growth, I’d learned to utilise the "listening" and "watching" alongside all that "doing"!My hands-on approach has also presented itself via a passion for carpentry. What began as a casual hobby during my spare time, evolved into a unique opportunity for growth.
