Employee Relations: •Administer employment policies and procedures, counsel employees, assist directors and senior managers in evaluating and resolving employee relations issues.•Collaborate with the Corporate General Counsel team to resolve discrimination and harassment claims, resolve personnel policy and performance management issues.•Conduct exit interviews and maintain all personnel records (including disciplinary action, changes in status, training documentation, and performance reviews.)•Coordinator and administer terminations and displacement packages.Executive Recruitment: •Identify and address executive recruitment needs, facilitate and conduct interviews for exempt and non-exempt positions, negotiate salaries and benefits, extend job offers.•Adhere to salary ranges for budgeting control and administer employee referral programs.•Work directly with on-site Staffing Firm in placing temporary employees.•Supervise Human Resource Generalist, write and administer annual performance reviews.Compensation: •Approve new hire and existing employee compensation packages.•Administer promotion and reclassification salary adjustments.•Conduct departmental salary equity analysis, determine compensation range for all personnel requisitions.
