Senior Managed Services Engineer
Current*Lead the configuration, deployment, and administration of Imprivata products, implementing comprehensive identity, authentication, and access management solutions across healthcare environments.*Drive product scalability to meet dynamic customer demands, ensuring solutions evolve with industry trends and deliver continuous value to healthcare industry customers*Oversee and optimize projects, tasks, and work requests for Remote Administration Services customers, aligning and organizing service delivery according to customers' requirements.*Establish and facilitate recurring customer-facing meetings, providing solution deployment health assessments, project updates, and strategic recommendations to enhance solution adoption and customer satisfaction.*Develop and enforce methodologies for managing projects and processes, including creating standardized documentation that enabled the streamlined completion of deliverables.*Direct technical training initiatives, develop technical collateral, conduct field workshops, and define best-practice resources to support service excellence and team growth.
