Quality Analyst
Current• Measure the adherence to internal policies and procedures.• Perform audits and file monitoring and provide trend data to site management team.• Coordinate and facilitate calibration sessions with Operation and the client.• Identify training needs.• When requested by the operations, round tables sessions with the associates.• Provide actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.• Provide feedback to the associates about errors identified.• Provide visibility via reporting and analysis of crucial areas ofimprovement, useful for the operation such as: Root Cause Analysis, Calibration Variance Analysis, and etc.• Participation in the creation/update of transaction monitoring formats and quality standards that must be followed by the operation for new or existing processes.
