-Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and managing 12 interns to conduct greenhouse gas emissions inventories for jurisdictions in the Sierra Nevada-Responsible for monitoring intern work load, assisting with complicated or unresponsive data requests, participation in weekly Q&A ICLEI calls, and attendance at workshops-Managed intern data collection process, deadlines and expenses-Responsible for the scheduling and facilitation of all ICLEI trainings/workshops -Conducted quality control analysis on intern collected data and answered questions presented by the interns-Developed final reports and presentations to local government staff

-Began work as an Assistant Planner in 2001, promoted to Associate then Senior Associate -Managed all aspects of complex, multidisciplinary planning projects from inception to completion, including managing project staff and budgets-Researched, analyzed and prepared technical studies and reports -Responsible for all aspects of business development and proposal preparation-Presented to numerous councils, commissions and committees, facilitated community workshops and ongoing communication and coordination with clients and sub-consultants-Primary project experience includes: Comprehensive Plan Updates, Specific Plans, Housing Elements, Zoning Ordinance Updates, LEED mixed use projects, Redevelopment Plans, Water Supply Assessments, Municipal Service Reviews, and dozens of CEQA/NEPA compliance projects
