Here's a bit about me to get the conversation started.I am a Professional Scrum Trainer and an active Agile consultant. I currently spend most of my time working with leaders and teams in an Agile transformation for a Fortune 100 energy company. Sometimes I find time to teach Scrum and Kanban classes for Scrum.org. My work takes me all over the world and I get to meet engaging and passionate people each step of the way. These people make me better at what I do and I hope that in return I can help them solve some challenges. I love helping organizations, big and small, from global financial services firms to small startups and everything in between. I feel that people, not resources, are the key to success and that if we take care of people they will change the world.
