Career Path - Phase I: Post an early culinary path teaser came random introduction to the staffing/recruitment business. Not having the slightest clue about staffing & recruitment nor the niche industry of Architecture Design & Construction; focus, hard work & a service-oriented mindset...it all clicked. A passion born serving to a hyper creative industry allowing a truly unique opportunity to impact talented professional's careers along with the inspiring A/E/C firms of which we partner. Thousands of conversations w/ unique professionals allows gain of tremendous perspective through critical listening, interpreting, strategizing of all things from unique career ambition to business expansion vs. shrink challenges/risks.etcPhase II:Inspired by a near death experience resulting in the loss of my right leg above the knee. Amid running full bore for 10 years destine to ramp a meaningful career came an abrupt pause to heal physically & mentally while searching for meaning, purpose & strength to regain mobility/motivation/momentum in both personal life+career. An entrepreneurial flame and undeniable confidence to get back to a path to build something. Locking arms in such spirit came an opportunity to build a staffing/recruitment brand organically by leading savvy young business professionals to continue serving to the specialized A/E/C community at scale. A phenomenal 8-year run honing all angles of entrepreneurial business skills while expanding long-standing, trusted business relationship with top practices in the business and the industry’s most talented professionals.Phase III. Again a great run meets abrupt pause of personal and business reflection. Clarity discovered, strikes a new flame where the time to pivot became obvious, inspiring the startup of WRK^LNK.
